Responsibilities to Accomplish (RTA) - As our esteemed and celebrated Firebrand Influencer Curator & Evangelist (FICE), all you need to do, is SCAN newspapers, magazines, internet, global websites celebrating heroes, social media portals (like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others), to find EVERYDAY REAL HEROES in our WORLD, who are CHANGING MINDSETS and making a BIG DIFFERENCE with their SMALL, SIMPLE but SIGNIFICANT IDEAS FOR ACTIONS. All you need to do is simply research, curate and nominate fellows, share our vision and mission with them over a message on social media or WhatsApp, and get their credentials and email IDs for coordinating and completing the fellowship and award nomination process.

1. To research, nominate and choose people for the flagship Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship. 

2. To research, nominate and choose people for various fellowships in the community as and when each fellowship is launched. To curate and research unsung heroes for any of our various communities like Youth, Teachers, MSMEs. HR/L&D/CSR professionals, and several other communities that we have launched and plan to launch in the near future. 3. To coordinate and complete the nomination process for awarding & recognising heroes for the Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship and Karmaveer Chakra awards for various communities that you get to work on.

4. To help organise the online and/or ground fellowship events. 

5. Demonstrate our JUST ANOTHER VOLUNTEER spirit and energy whenever we need YOUR support and efforts as a team member or any other work that may be assigned to you or where you can LEAD during special projects, which will happen once or twice in a year.
